"READ-As" is an arsenic removal adsorbent that has passed the leaching test for water supply materials, making it suitable for securing drinking water. Trivalent arsenic, which is highly toxic, could not be treated with conventional adsorbents or iron co-precipitation methods without prior oxidation to pentavalent arsenic. However, this product can treat both trivalent and pentavalent forms directly. "READ-F(HG)" is a fluoride removal adsorbent that can be used for advanced treatment after calcium precipitation, allowing for stable and low-cost processing. It has fine grooves running inside, which enable high performance by allowing penetration through these grooves. By covering low concentration treatment, which is not well-suited for precipitation treatment, it is possible to reduce the amount of chemical agents used and the volume of sludge generated, thereby lowering running costs. [Case Study] Fluoride Treatment with Water Treatment Adsorbent 'READ-F(HG)'

We would like to introduce a case where the water treatment adsorbent 'READ-F(HG)' was used for fluoride treatment at a semiconductor factory. In this factory, it was necessary to treat wastewater containing fluoride derived from hydrofluoric acid, and after coagulation and precipitation treatment with calcium, advanced treatment was carried out using the adsorbent. Since wastewater is continuously generated, treatment was conducted using multiple towers, allowing for ongoing processing even during regeneration.
